Altium Width Rule Issue

I have width rule for power net of 0.5 mm width.What rule i should apply for QFN package which also has power net ,to limit it to the 0.2 mm.

You can consider making rules that are applicable for specific devices only, with the Query Builder feature available either on Schematic or PCB scopes. The `PartDesignator` parameter is one candidate parameter if you want select by device designator ( e.g "U1" ), althought I prefer the `CurrentFootprint`( e.g "QFN-100-M" ) which would not be affected by re-annotation. It is not a straightfoward functionality, so it is advisable to make many experiments on your own to get fammiliar with it.
