Altium question and tutorial

I did a schematic using Altium. My problem is that i don't know what to do next to pcb.
Is anyone who can help me?

Also is anyone who have any tutorial for Altium?

Surprise! Altium has tutorials on their products. Who would have thought? You could have even tried a Google search for something like, oh, I don't know, "altium tutorial".
