Altium making special shapes on PCBs

Hello, how to make such a circle with cut out fragments in Altium Designer? Do you know any tutorial showing how to solve such problems?

How to create such a mesh in altium?

It might take some creativity, but you can try:
1) Create a circular polygon pour.
2) Use Polygon Pour Cutout.

I've never done it, but you also might be able import a graphic created in another program, and then create a part from that.
 
PCB design Programs cannot handle this kind of complex shapes.
My suggestion is to draw this shape in Autocad (or similar tool) then import as DXF format.
