I am trying to copy schematic to clipboard and then paste it to another schematic. After selecting all elements in schematic, I press Ctrl+C and I get InvalidParameter error:
How do I get rid of this error?
This may help. Someone else seems to have had the same or similar problem.
try this thread:
Altium Designer 13.3.4 copy (Ctrl+C) error in AdvSch.dll?
Other than that, I am not familiar with Altium.
But I'm taking a guess anyway. Try clicking on edit, then use the copy drop down.
Go to the new schematic, click on edit and the use the paste drop down to you other schematic.
The error message is Invalid Parameter. That may mean there is a conflict between something in the two schematics.
Possibilities include duplicate reference designators.
