I have a simple question.
On PCB I have component for example transistor BCP54 in SOT223 , this transistor have colector on pin 2 and 4. Pin 2 and 4 is internal connected, but Altium designer still see these two pins as unrouted.
What is the right solution to this problem?

The larger pad is in general used as a path for dissipation of the heat from the substrate, wich makes it advisable to keep it connected in the largest possible copper area, but considering that this is not an issue in your case, you can add an exception in the DRC to suppress Warning for that missing connection.

Simply connect the collector to pin 4 and not pin 2, as pin 2 is rarely connected to, pin 4 being preferred then simply ignore that pin.
Make an alternative part where the pin 2 is used instead for those few situations where you only want to connect to pin 2.
OR make another alternative part that has pins 2 and 4 on the symbol for the collector.
