Hi,
I am new to altium and tried to make a simple pcb from schematic which is shown at the tutorial of altium pcb design. I am using altium design platform revision 10.391.22084. The link of the tutorial page is https://techdocs.altium.com/display/ADOH/Tutorial+-+Getting+Started+with+PCB+Design.

While saving and compiling the project with some intentionally made error, the compiler is not showing the expected message. What may be the problem? I have made all the project options set to installation default.
please help me. I have attached my file with this post.
Thanks in advance...

If you are referring to the error highlighted during routing process, there is an option to enable that feature, something called "Online DRC"

Thanks for your reply. But the error is not during routing process. this occurred when I compiled after drawing schematic only. In the zip file I have provided the project file. I have intentionally disconnected wire between two components in the schematic. I thought the compiler should throw error but it did not. I want to know why this happened because in the tutorial, it has shown error but in my case it did not. Kindly help me with this please.

A list of errors is only shown when there are actual errors found in the compilation step. If your schematic compiles without errors, no window is displayed. You can still check warnings by displaying the "Messages" window manually, it will then show a green mark with the text "Compile successful, no errors found.".
