Altium 15: Pin is visible in one sub-part and hidden in another sub-part.

Altium 15 : Pin is visible in one sub-part and hidden in another sub-part.

I have multiple Logic AND gates in schematics and the problem is when I connect its VCC pin to a Custom VCC Net(VCC_5V), it shows compile error "Pin is visible in one sub-part and hidden in another sub-part". But If I connect to normal net(VCC), no error.

I even tried to make Power Pins Visible for other sub components but then I get error of duplicate pins/net error.
How should I fix this ?
