I need to design an circuit which regulates output from Alternator whose output ranges from 60 Vac to 330 Vac. During low voltage, circuit should be in cut off state & supply no power to load. During high voltage, the circuit has to maintain voltage range from 220V to 240V.
If your alternator has an output voltage varying between 60 and 330 VAC, then either its regulator is faulty or its speed is varying by a factor of 1 to 5. So will be the AC frequency. i.e.if its 50HZ at 230V, then at 60V its about 12HZ and at 330V it will be 70 HZ
