hi
I am in great need of 2N4443 and D40D5 but in my country it is not available.
pls anybody suggest me the alternatives of these.
any help will be appriciated.

Do u mean 2N4427 , if that the Alternative is 2CS1970

Added after 38 minutes:

2N4443 = S0817NH first choice.
2N4443 = BT151-500R second choice.


D40D5 = BD137 (NOTE THE TRANSISTOR IS IDENTICAL INPERFORMANCE BUT THE PINNING IS DIFFERENT !!)
