pspice allegro ams simulator

I have seen on the Cadence link below:
New Solver expedites simulation times on larger design types up to 80%
The enhanced Allegro AMS Simulator 210 Performance Solver allows you to simulate your designs in less time because it provides significant speed improvements for large, complex circuits. A benchmark test of 29 subcircuits using Allegro AMS Simulator—with and without the Performance Option—yielded speeds from 2-50 times faster.
Does it mean that Allegro AMS simulator 210 (which is actually Pspice...) can simulate circuits faster ?
I know that some people checked this simulator in comparison with Pspice 10.0 and they told me that there isn't any simulation speed improvement.
For what new solver Cadence guys talk about?
