[SOLVED] Alarm buzzer problem

I have and issue where alarm whistle stays on all the time. In this case the whistle volume is low. When I activate the switches on doors and bilge the whistle is at normal volume. I checked the test and silence switches but seem to not be problem. The whistle is on continuous at low volume.
