can i know the basic advantages of C over C++ and PERL?

If all these languages were equivalent then you could say the advantages of one or the other
C and C++ share some atributes .But C++ is rather used in BIG projects
C is still a very good language .but historically first and still employed everywhere. It is also a good language for embedded architectures ,where C++ will be too heavy to use .PERL is different is a SCRIPT language it runs on top of a OS .
So i think i don't see a point of compairing 3 different language that were designed for 3 different pourposes

as the perl,it work better on the "string operation" than C/C++.
C++ is better OOP than C.
and C is easy for program than C++.

That is what I think.

C is of the best run-time effiency among almost all languages
