Maybe anyone uses that chip....
Please tell me few words about it: something about advantages and disadvantages, developing tools (especially free C compillers).

I need uC with integerated 16...24 bit ADC, maybe you have other suggestions.....

it looks very slow for present day ... but goog enought for data aquisition .. there is sdcc as free compiller afaik

humm.. I don't know many 24 bits adc that are quick !!!

Sure, 51 core is old and slow, but I need very accurate (24 bit) ADC with some kind of controller only to display result.
Of course the price is mandatory...
