I would like to ask questions about ADS simulation EVM.
The goal is to simulate the EVM value of the RF PA,
Pout@23dBm : MCS11, HE20 – HE160 DEVM.
Pout@24dBm : MCS9, HE20 – HE80 DEVM
Currently this circuit Gain = 36.6 dB, Pin = -13.6 dBm, Pout = 23 dBm.
Pin=-12.6dBm, Pout=24dBm.
I use SystemVueVTB2022 - Communications - EVM_Measurement_Analysis to connect the Source and sink to the input and output of the entire PA circuit respectively.
Modulation is brought in with MCS9=256QAM and MCS11=1024QAM.
SymbolRate, 20MHz /1.5 = 13.33 MHz for simulating HE20, 40MHz /1.5 = 26.66 MHz for simulating HE40
Fcarrier is banded in with the frequency used by the PA.
RF_Power converts the corresponding input value into W and brings it in.
I would like to ask if there is any error in the above import method?
And I want to ask: (1) How many Numsymbols should be used reasonably? (2) How to set the Order, stop, and step of Envelope to be reasonable. (3) Multiple input powers can be performed simultaneously. Allows me to call out analog values for Pout vs EVM?
