ads issue about PLL

my ads version is 2022,but i can not find the PLL in design guide,can anyone tell me where it is

Since years back 4046 IC was a well-known PLL device. Is it in the menu of supported components? Consider assembling one from simple components. The IC contains several sections whose interaction is not easy to grasp.
