ADS installation Cree GaN HEMT Large Signal Models

I want to install Cree Company's GaN HEMT Large signal models to Keysight Technologies Advnced Design System (ADS).
I am facing problem while installing GaN HEMT Large Signals models to ADS.
I am not getting option of "Install Design Kit". How to get Install Design Kit option while intalling the same. Scree shot of ADS of discussed problem is attached.

If the DK was supplied as RAR/ZIP format, open it somewhere and point lib.defs in "Manage Favorite Design Kits" by clicking "Add Library Definition File" button.

Are you sure this is a "design kit" problem (like, I work
in silicon using Cadence where a PDK is a bundle of
all views and rules and models needed to do a chip
design in a specific process) or is just a rack of
model files as .inc or .lib SPICE files that would get
selectively invoked when / where you need them?

If you only need one device model from the pile, can
you just extract it to a fave models director and add the
.include (presuming ADS language is SPICE-like, I do
not and have never used) to the netlist or as a schematic
based directive, to "hook it up"?

If I follow the steps in the instruction to install Cree GaN HEMT Large Signal Models guide. I am not getting the option of Install Design Kits. I have attached the installation guide document which has shared transistor suppliers.

There is no such option in recent ADS releases, menu names are different now.

The description of your designkit indicates that this is an old designkit for ADS2009 and earlier. These old designkits are NOT compatible with ADS 2011 or later, there was a fundamental change in ADS data structure in ADS 2011 (change to OA database)

You need a newer designkit version that is compatible with your ADS release.
