ADS Design Setup For Different Loads

I have to test various loads for the setup shown in the figure below using a CAD tool (preferably ADS) but I just checked and this ANA (shown in the figure) can't be found in the ADS, I know of the vector network analyzer though. I would like help in the implementation of such a setup in the CAD tool. Thank you.

There is no ADS setup for a specific VNA model, just use the S-Parameter template:

You can set the impedance for each port.
