Hi guys, I have a project right now is about building a solar tracker by using Simulink. I am doing the sun position modeling in Simulink. Since the sun position calculation involve time as an input, I will need to give a time for the model to run. For example, I set my starting time to 9am and 5pm as and end time, the model will be calculate every 15 minutes. But how can I do that?

What about start by doing an algorithm in pseudocode with the main routines that you consider to run? It would be expected to implement this function separately from the testbench, so that the result could be evaluated for different scenarios.
