Adding a constant high input

I want to add a high input (digital high input) throughout an entire frequency range (e.g. 5GHz to 10GHz). How can I accomplish this in Cadence Virtuoso?

Sounds like a contradiction in terms. Constant signal has frequency zero. Please explain more detailed what you are trying to achieve.
