how can i add an element that i made in ares to add it to my circuit at isis?

What you have made in ARES if the footprint, you need to make a schematic symbol in ISIS and then use your footprint with it.

The easiest way to start is with a similar ISIS component, use right click decompose and modify, then select it and right click make device with a new name

how can i copy it ? (from ares to isis)?

when select a component in isis it puts the schematic preview not the pcb view.....
i attached the component i want to add
