add 220 V ac 50 hz in ltspice

can you please inform me how to add the ac main source to ltspice ? ( 230 VAC and 50 hz) ?

In transient simulation as a sine source.

i did not understand how to do that, because in transient simulation i did not find sinewave form

Use Proteus ISIS for simulation if you don't have any reason to use ltspice.
