Hello all;
It is well known that the linearity is very important when testing an ADC with a histogram approach using a saturated ramp......My question is: When using a feedback loop (known also as servo loop), is the linearity of the stimulus still important ? In the servo loop configuration the output of the ADC is made stable around a desired transition edge, then the "voltage" of this tarnsition edge is measured at the input of the ADC,
