Adapter for programming Attiny10 HVP

This adapter is used for programming Attiny10 and similar 6-legs devices using high voltage. High voltage mode is essential when you want to use the RESET leg as IO port.

The system is very simple. It should be connected between the programmer that supports TPI and the board with microcontroller. It is powered from that board.

Main element of the system is PNP transistor, Zener diode (8,2V) and few resistors. The rest is the inverter that produces 12V voltage. The whole was tested at 5V power supply.

Prototype board on the picture has a mistake – sockets were reversed and they had to be corrected by kynar.
