Fully agree with Barry. And since you want something that works without any effort, I would suggest
a handy solution as 3) : Buy one. And if you want to work, download AD9851 pdf and RTFD!!!

You could always buy a pre programed PIC on ebay to drive the AD9851 module, you may find the programming required to calculate the data a bit dificult.
