It is based on the same principle as you did for your LNA/mixer:
First you need to calculate your input referred noise power. Then you need to assume a certain impedance level (for example, 1kohm is a typical number). Then you perform:
NF = (4kTRin + Pin)/(4ktRin),
where Rin= 1kohm, Pin is the input referred noise power. The calculation above include input-referred noise voltage AND current.
