Hi,
I am working on a custom FPGA board containing an actel igloo chip. I program the fpga I get a message saying that the verification has failed. When I check the flashrom content, I see that the memory pages are either 00 or ff which as far as I know is not how it should be if the chip is programmed correctly. So, evidently I am not able to program the fpga despite the fact that I do not get any scan chain error. Can any one provide me with any indication of what the problem may be?
