It is an acoustic spectrum analyzer in analog version. The construction is based on operational amplifiers LM324. They provide better speed and performance. Each line consists of 16 diodes. The first diode lights up at a signal value of about 20mV, and the last one at 15V. It gives the dynamic of 60dB. Power supply in this design is 2x15V/300mA.

You can change the number of segments. Just remember to design the medium frequencies (all that accordingly to the logarithmic key).
