Hi All,

Anyone has experienced on using IBM design kit? 7hp and 6hp. How accurate is the design kit, noise figure, s-parameter, imd....etc.

I have used the IBM 5HP for various radio projects. It is a good kit with good modeling. Their core SiGe npn are based on VBIC models are match well with measured data.

I am currently looking for an IBM design manual or design guide for 5HP, 5AM, or 7HP. Do you have any of these docs?

Thanks
A.

IBM design kit is very accurate.Basically you get measurement matched to simulation very well.
