hii
I'm doing a project which has Atmega 32
It has 1Mhz internal clock frequency but i have connected 16 Mhz externally with the help of 16Mhz crystal and 22pF capacitors.
I heard that to use external clock i need to set some fuse bits.
I dont have the settings of fuse bits. Can anyone give me those settings
What if i don't set fuse bits and still connect external 16Mhz?Will my Atmega work?
plz help me out

Yes, mega32 will work. Still at 1MHz.

To switch to external crystal you should set CKSEL0, CKSEL1, CKSEL2 and CKSEL3 fuses ("set" means "1").

What program do you use to downloading program to MCU?

I have converted program written in C++ to hex using codevision software
then I programmed Atmega using Labtool 48 UXP software

I'am tested my MMA7455L accelerometer in several modes and applications.
In this video MMA7455 used to control the cursor on the screen.
