Anyone can point to some good literature on AC modelling/simulation of DC/DC (Boost, Buck) converter using Cadence cells e.g. vcvs

Yes !! thats a wonderful book catering to all ur spice models needed for dc-dc convertor design.

The biggest plus is that the models are also valid for transient simulations so you can easily correlate the AC and transient sim results.
