Dear Experts,

The circuit shown above is for AC input working up to 132VAC. Turn ON voltage is 74VAC. Input resistance is 6mA. This is a 16-channel 120VAC module

I wanted to make it work for 16 channels, 240VAC. If I reduce the input current to 3mA, I guess the heat dissipation will be less.

I propose to make the following changes to the above circuit.

C37 changes to 0.68uF 630V

R83 translated to two resistors in series equivalent to 771K

R67 as is i.e., 1K

C21 changed to 1UF 50V Y5V 1206

R51 to 267Ohms

No change in U5 i.e., PS2505L-4-A

R20 changed to 12.1K

Do you see any challenges for the circuit to work?

Hi,

it´s a rather general question. Usually not that suitable for a forum.
It´s better to ask a detailed question, so we can focus on it.

We won´t do all possible calculations and considerations for you. Tell us what informatin you are interested in.

Nowadays there are simualtions tools. Please use them on your own to see voltage, current, power dissipation of each part.

For a real circuit add a lot of margin regading V, I, P...
Safety: get familiar with safety regulations of your country. Especially creepage and clearance distance. Here the PCB layout plays a major role.
