I need a AC/DC convertor which workes from 1HZ to 1Mhz without many differences in converting delay .is there any schematic or IC for this?

AD8361 from Analog Devices (www.analog.com)

Also study Linear Technology for similar RMS-to-DC converters (like LTC1966 etc) at www.linear.com

There is a classical circuit with discrete components in an old National Semiconductor Application Note what you may feel like to build with more up-to-date components than it was shown in 1973, see this link:
