how can i measure ac current flowing to a load without much power loss?i think its possible to use a sense resistor or a current transformer.is there any other method to measure ac current?
 

i would likt to do with some passive components without any sensor.is there any other method?
 

You want to measure something without a sensor? Other than a resistor or transformer, I think you're out of luck.
 

I mean without using a IC or a sensor. only by using resistor,capacitor,transistors etc
 

You've mentioned the commonly used "passive" options in your first post. They'll often require a signal amplifier, but the sensor element itself is passive. Rogowski coil is another possible passive option, a magnetical sensing method without a core.
