absolute value circuit

Does anybody has current mode MOS absolute value circuit? Iout=abs(Iin) is the transfer function of the ciruit.

You could try using 4 diode connected MOS as a bridge rectifier.
 

Hi aryajur can u give me the circuit? I guess it is not current mode circuit. I have attached expected DC output of the circuit.
 

Here is the circuit and the output. You would have to adjust the transistor sizes according to the voltage drops you can support in them, but purely in the current domain, this works perfect. Hope this was helpful.
