How to get degree values for known voltage values?
 

You can't. For a given voltage, there are four possible phase angles. SIN(30)=SIN(150)=SIN(210)=SIN(330)

It is not too clear what exactly do you need, but assuming that you´re searching for some low overhead computational method that calculate the trigonometric function above, probably something like this could fulfill: http://www.voidware.com/cordic.htm
