about ulrasound transducer driver circuit

anybody know the excitation circuit for the ulrasound transducer.its rating is 2Mhz operating frequency and operating vge range is 6 to 24volts dc.

its urgent pls send as quick as possible...........thanks
 

There isn't a general circuit. Required excitation voltage can be very different depending on the application. Also transducer impedance and maximum voltage is important. Charging the transducer to several 100 volts and fast discharge would be a possible signal with maximum bandwith.
