Hi,all
In the lib of tsmc 0.25µ(I use hpsice to stimulate),there are two voltages :2.5v/3.3v
What is the differences?I just know that the vth(threshold voltage) of the model responding to 2.5 is different from the one to 3.3v.
In my design,if I use 2.3~4.6v as the power supply, how can I choose the model?
Thanks.

Dear blue_orangee,
Your model file should tell u about the junction breakdown voltages.
If u suspect that in some transient or u observe it in simulation that the voltage across the nodes is crossing this limit, then please use higher voltage devices their.
Hope it helps
