[SOLVED] about the low power low voltage r2r op design

Due to design a rail2rail op cell, i am a novice for it.

Someone tells me the book "Design of Low-Voltage, Low-Power Operational

Amplifier Cells " by Ron Hogervorst, Johan H. Huijsing as a reference.

But i can not find it .

Anyone has it hardcopy. Would you please post it.
 

you can use sedra microelectronic to design this circuit.
