About Linking Simulink Block with GUI

Can any one help me to link the parameters which are in simulink blocks in to GUI.

Here what i need is to change parameters from my GUI and run the simulink.I have found an example to run the simulink using GUI but dont know how to pass parameters from simulink block using GUI..
