about invartable and inverse system

how can i improve if the giving system is invertable or not, and if it is invartable how can i find the inverse of the system.
please help me in this

place ploes where u've zeros n zeros where u've poles before u'll get ur inverse system
 

A system which outputs distinct values for every input value is invertable.
An invertable system does not discard any input.

in LTI systems , the inverse of a system with transfer functuin H(s) is simply
H-1(s)=1/H(s)
