I've disigned an OpAmp and used Hspice & ADS for simulation but they had different answers:

HSpice : Gain=125dB with fu=133Mhz
ADS: Gain=137dB with fu=363Mhz

why and which one is correct?

I'd trust HSPICE, as it is the golden tool.

Hi,

This is fairly common problem when using ADS and HSPICE. Ansoft has a tool called Nexxim. Nexxim guarantees consistency of results across time and frequency domains by using the same circuit netlist and library models for transient and harmonic balance analyses. It reads HSPICE netlists and models as-is.
