about 80c188 processor help needed

80c188 pinout

1- what is deferent between 80c188xl12 and 80c188xl20
2- 80c188 have 8bit or 16bit function?
3- what is diferent between 68pin pakage and 84 pin pakage ?
4- any one have a datasheet and pinout of diferent type of this chip?

80C188-12 = 12MHz clock
80C188-20 = 20MHz clock

80C188 is 16-bit microcontroller but data is sent/received through 8-bit in/out address/data bus (AD0 - AD7). For more details go to:

and download data sheet of 80C188XL-12 (for 68 PLCC), and 80C188EB-25 (for 84 PLCC).
