Does anybody know what's the problem with this earphone? so weird!

Can you open up the housing? Then you could test battery voltage, condition of contacts.

Do you hear the slightest click or squeak from the ailing earphone?
When charging?
When switching it On and Off?
When exposing it to mains hum (hold it near a transformer or compact fluorescent bulb)?

Are certain both channels are broadcast? What broadcasts the right channel?

No, no way to open the enclosure

In none of these cases, I hear anything

Yes, it pairs with the device, however, I'm not sure if the second one pairs or not or if they pair individually. I see one Bluetooth connection which pairs and I hear the sound on the Left earphone
