A rather simple question

Here is a rather simple question that I know that all of you guys can answer. I have no idea what L3 and L5 are doing in this circuit. Electrically I mean. I am sure they serve a purpose but I don't know and want to find out why. Learning ya know. Having a blast though with RF circuits. They are really fun to make.

Q2 and Q3 act as C-Class amplifier (Conduction angle is less then 180 degree) and that's why their biasing is zero (but don't forget the treshold voltage is around 0.65V) and their bases are connected to GND in term of DC.L3 and L4 can also be part of impedance matching.
