sdram burst length

Hi.
Now it's a big problem.I thought that a SDRAM's FULL PAGE BURST LENGTH can be very very long, such as 1M or even 2M.But seems that it is just 256. I can not find any exact explanation in those chips' datasheet. Can someone give me an exact answer?
thanks!

Depends on the model you use and its structure x8 x16 x32, the typical burst size is 512, 1024, 2048 bytes long.

Refer to ISSI or Micron datasheets.
