I found here that rhydolabz.com , SUMEET Instruments and TANNA Education are authorised distributors of Arduino Italy.
http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Buy
I also found that price of Arduino Mega 2560 and Arduino Due are cheaper at tannaeducation.com and sumeetinstruments.com than at rhydolabz.com
Can anybody confirm whether these boards are Genuine Arduino (Italy) boards?

The minus point I found about sumeet instruments is they are selling chipKit Max32 at Rs.7500
http://shop.sumeetinstruments.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=85&product_id=810
but tanna education s selling the same at Rs.4750

I again want to know whether chipKit Max32 sold by sumeet instruments and tann education are genuine boards.
Here it is not mentioned that sumeet instruments and tanna education are authorized distributors of chipKit Max32.

One difference I see is the on Mega 2560 boards at sumeet instruments and tanna education "Made in Italy" is printed near USB port but it is not printed on the Mega 2560 board at arduino.cc website
http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardMega2560
Is the image of Mega 2560 shown at arduino.cc website is for Mega 2560 rev1 or 2 ?

I checked eagle files of Mega 2560 R3 provided at arduino.cc and it shows "MADE IN ITALY" near USB port. So, the boards are genuine. The only issue that remains now is whether chipKit Max32 at tannaeducation.com is genuine or not.
