A question about an Ethernet Controller

Hii everybody , can anyone tell me from where can I get the IC ADM 6996L , This is an ethernet controller IC. And also if any one can suggest a suitabel alternative for that IC. I need this IC for a project not for industrial use so I guess I will need about 5 ICs only not more. Thnx alot
