Look for Crystal (Cirrus Logic) and AKM components
Look for an AES/EBU/SPDIF Receiver and Transimitter

SPDIF is the consumer version of the AES/EBU.

hmm, AES/EBU have 2 modes, professional and consumer, but consumer AES-EBU isnt really the same than SPDIF (check this pdf for example **broken link removed** ). Also the diference between AES/EBU and AES3-2003 (check aes web to get a courtesy copy) its just the transformers.

as pointed yellow, with just one cirrus 8420 you have already everything https://www.cirrus.com/en/products/pro/techs/T4.html , check the datasheet, you can have both working at same time:

in AES3-resample if needed-out I2S
