It's a transformation of an old PC steering wheel type Twin Turbo 4 with use of Mjoy on Atmega8. The plate was projected in Protel:
The steering wheel electronics was on the plate with buttons. The paths for pads were cut with a sharp tool and 2 cables from a twist were soldered to each one:
The final result was like that:
Everything mounted together, the steering wheel is recognized as Mjoy. It only needs to be calibrated after connecting.
4 not-used axes have to be grounded. The Fuse bits have to be set like it's shown in the picture below:
