I am making a wide-band PA. A choke off-chip inductor is attached between Vdd and drain of the first stacked NMOS. Is there any way to replace the off-chip choke?
tnx.

Depending by the requested inductance value of the choke, you can replace it with an on-package bond wire (from the die to the pin, and sometime in zig-zag if extra pin is available). Usually the bond wire inductance is about 1nH/1mm.
